PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form wherein in the form for molding a concrete test body to be used for a strength test of the concrete, not only a structure inside the form but also a state when the concrete is placed can be visually observed. SOLUTION: In a container-like form for molding a concrete test body of a pillar-shaped body, a part for forming at least a peripheral face part of the test body is formed of transparent or translucent plastic.
