PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal level converting method in a multi-power-source semiconductor device of reduced power consumption using a small amount of hardwares. SOLUTION: When signals are given and received between the first semiconductor circuit 11 for inputting and outputting the signal having the first voltage (2.5 V) of signal level and the second semiconductor circuit 14 for inputting and outputting the signal having the second voltage (1.3 V) of signal level lower than the first voltage, the signal level of the signal output from the second semiconductor circuit is level-converted into the third voltage (3.0 V) higher than the first voltage by a level shifter 16, it is input into a gate receiving circuit 171, and the signal level of the signal is level-converted into the first voltage to be input to the first semiconductor circuit.
