PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a seat for automobile having a vibration-proof structure. SOLUTION: Between almost inverse U-shaped frames 10 and 12 having side members 10B, 10C, 12B and 12C on the left and right sides and lower members 11 and 22 linked to the side members 10B, 10C, 12B and 12C of these frames 10 and 12, vibration-proof members 20, 21 and 23 are inclinedly bridged.
