PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To standardize a circuit board constituting an electronic device. SOLUTION: In the electronic device, a connector 211 and the circuit board 210 are separately fixed to a case and, at the same time, each connector pin 211a of the connector 211 is connected to the circuit board 210 through a flexible substrate 212 having elasticity. Namely, the connector 211 is not mounted directly on the circuit board 210. Consequently, even when the connector pins 211a or connector 211 has a different shape, etc., the circuit board 210 can be used without changing its layout by changing the connecting form of the flexible substrate 212. Since the circuit board 210 can be used for a plurality of kinds of connectors by changing the connecting form of the flexible substrate 212, the standardization and common use of the circuit board 210 can be promoted.
