PURPOSE: A vessel for radiating far infrared rays is provided to inhibit food from being acidified, to keep the food fresh for a long time as well as to ripen the food within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A far infrared ray-radiating vessel(10) is made by native rock or powder thereof radiating far infrared rays, including jade, elvan, germanium and loess. Pearl, shellfish(P) and charcoal are charged in a far infrared ray-radiating case(16b) having plural holes(H) thereon. Thereby, food in the vessel is kept fresh for a long time without going bad easily. In the far infrared ray-radiating case, a connecting protrusion(12a) is formed inside a lid(12) wherein recessed portions for sliding connection are formed on the outer wall. A couple of connecting grooves(16a) are protruded inward for sliding connection, corresponding to the recessed portions of the connecting protrusion. The far infrared ray-radiating case has a specific space therein and the plural through holes(H) in the space smaller than pearl, shellfish and charcoal. The food is laid between the vessel and a far infrared ray-radiating body(16). Therefore, the far infrared rays are radiated over the food regularly.
