HIGH-FREQUENCY POWER AMPLIFIER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power amplifier, that can more simply correct nonlinear distortions caused by an amplified signal which results from nonlinearity in an input output characteristic of the power amplifier. SOLUTION: A mixer of the power amplifier compensates the linearity by controlling a level of an oscillated signal for up-conversion, in response to the level of input IF signal.
