COOKING DEVICE WITH HIGH HEAT EFFICIENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device which can add high temperature water from a hot water tank above easily and at a low cost anytime when the amount of hot water in a heating type of cooking container such as a pot or a caldron is reduced by boiling noodles. SOLUTION: Behind the flame heating type of cooking container such as a pot or a caldron a flat fume passage is provided upright. The flat fume passage is surrounded by a hot water tank which is vertically provided with a high temperature water collection and supply pipe which collects the high temperature water heated by the high heat of the fume passage and supplies it to the cooking container below.
