摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly diagnose a concrete block. SOLUTION: A concrete block diagnosing apparatus has a rotary shaft 10, a slider 12, a distance sensor 14, a rotary drive mechanism 16, an axial moving mechanism 18 and a control part 20. The rotary shaft 10 is supported on the center of a disc 22 in a freely rotatable manner and the slider 12 is supported on the rotary shaft 10 so as to be freely moved along the longitudinal axis direction of the rotary shaft 10. The distance sensor 14 is mounted on the slider 12 to measure the distance value (a) up to the inner wall surface of a core hole B. The rotary drive mechanism 16 rotates the rotary shaft 10 and the axial moving mechanism 18 moves the slider 12 along the longitudinal axis direction of the rotary shaft 10. The control part 20 takes in the angle of rotation of the drive mechanism 16, the axial position of the moving mechanism 18 and the measured distance value of the distance sensor 14 as input data not only to operate the air bubble quantity and air bubble distribution in the concrete block but also to judge the presence of a crack and a cavity to send out output data.
