PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanger performing arrangement of heat transfer tubes being high in thermal efficiency and low in a pressure loss. SOLUTION: A heat transfer tube performing heat-exchange with high temperature gas consists of a straight tube type heat transfer tube 2 to effect a flow of reheated water and a curved tube type heat transfer tube 4 to effect a flow of supply hot water. A curved tube type heat transfer tube 4 group is provided with a plurality of pairs of the curved heat transfer tubes 4 and 4 along the direction of an axis core Y of the straight heat transfer tube. The single curved heat transfer tube 4 is situated throughout the respective straight heat transfer tube 4 groups and formed in the shape of a wave so as to make contact with the upper surface of each straight heat transfer tube 2 and the under surface of the adjoining straight heat transfer pipe 2. Other curved heat transfer tube 4 making a pair with the curved heat transfer tube 4 is formed in the shape of a wave so as to make contact with the surfaces opposite to the upper and under surfaces of the straight heat transfer tube 2. The straight heat transfer tube 2 at an upper stage is situated above a space b formed in a way that a pair of the curved heat transfer tubes 4 and 4 cross each other between the adjoining straight heat transfer tubes 2.
