PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge elbow with a speed reducing device necessitating few work in a mounting field without necessitating a large crane for mounting. SOLUTION: The discharge elbow 60 is vertically divided into an elbow lower side part 60a and an elbow upper side part 60b at a nearly center part of a flow passage of a horizontal direction. At least a part of the speed reducing device 62 is disposed on the elbow upper side part 60b, and a cylindrical shaft 36 connected by inserting a rotary shaft 30 is disposed on the speed reducing device 62. The elbow upper side part 60b is hung down from the elbow lower side part 60a, the rotary shaft 30 is connected to the cylindrical shaft 36, and the elbow upper side part 60b is joined and fixed to the elbow lower side part 60a. An input shaft 24 is jouranalled to an input shaft casing 64, and it is projected and assembled with the speed reducing device 62 from an outside to the horizontal direction, and driving connection is carried out. A part 64a of the casing 64 of the speed reducing device 62 is formed integratedly with the elbow lower side part 60a so as to form a lubricating oil sump 48.
