PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit capable of obtaining stable gain even when there is dispersion or variation in a resistance value in an integrated circuit or the mutual conductance gm of a field effect transistor(FET). SOLUTION: An amplification stage is constituted of connecting an active element having 1st polarity and amplification effect, an active element having 2nd polarity and allowed to act as a variable resistor by triode operation and a resistor acting as a load of the active element of the 1st polarity in series. Output voltage from a gain stabilization circuit for supplying prescribed voltage for allowing the active element of the 2nd polarity to act triode operation is applied to the control terminal of the active element of the 2nd polarity, the control terminal of the active element of the 1st polarity is used as an input terminal and the output terminal of the active element of the 1st polarity is used as an output terminal.
