The invention refers to solid state electronics, electronic engineering, elaboration of different electronic elements: frequency converters, transistors, temperature sensitive elements etc. Summary of the invention consists in that on the quarts base it is fixed a bismuth filament and/or compound thereof in the glass envelope, the base move horizontally, the filament is simultaneously heated with the laser beam up to the temperature which is higher than the melting one.Claims: 1 |
