PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure, for a board, in which a soldering is performed easily, uniformly and surely, with sufficient strength and by which the vibration-proofness of the board is enhanced and to provide a video camera equipped with the mounting structure. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the board is composed of a first hoard 15 which is fixed to an enclosure 3. The mounting structure is composed of a second board 17 which is connected to the first board 15 via a plurality of lead frames 40. A plurality of support parts 3f, 3h are extended from the enclosure 3. The second board 17 is bumped to the plurality of support parts. Ends, on one side, of the plurality of lead frames 40 are soldered to the second board 17. Ends, on the other side, of the plurality of lead frames 40 are inserted into, and passed through, through holes in the first board 15, and they are soldered and bonded to the face side opposite to the second board 17 of the first board 15. Thereby, the mounting structure for the board is formed.
