PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire color changing and measuring device which can measure an electric wire accurately while ensuring movements of several upstream side electric wire guide nozzles. SOLUTION: Several upstream side electric wire guide nozzles 29 which are free to move selectively in the position of a pass line L and a downstream side electric wire guide nozzle 30 are arranged. A pair of feed rollers 32, 32 and a pair of measuring rollers 55, 55 that can move between a pressure contact position where they are brought into pressure contact with the electric wire W and a separating position where they are separated from the electric wire are arranged. Each measuring roller is arranged on the downstream side in the direction of sending the electric wire form each feed roller 32. An intermediate nozzle 51 which comprises a fixed nozzle 51a and a moving nozzle 51b is interposed between the upstream side electric wire guide nozzle 29 and the downstream side electric wire guide nozzle 30. The moving nozzle 51b moves between a guide position where the electric wire W from the upstream side electric wire guide nozzles 29 is guided to the downstream side electric wire guide nozzle 30 and a non-guide position where a space is opened to enable a pair of measuring rollers 55, 55 to be arranged on the pressure contact position.
