PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution line communication circuit network for the communication by using a distribution line for the purpose of power distribution for a signal transmission line while preventing signal deterioration. SOLUTION: An AC power supply ACV applies its generated AC voltage to through-terminals 4-1 to 4-n via a signal interruption section L-0 and to receptacles 2-1 to 2-n via signal interruption sections of receptacle boxes 1-1 to 1-n. Transceivers TRX1, TRX2 transmit a transmission object modulation signal through communication exclusive terminals 3-1 to 3-n and the through- terminals 4-1 to 4-n as a common mode signal. The transceivers TRX1, TRX2 receive the transmitted modulation signal via the communication exclusive terminals 3-1 to 3-n and the through-terminals 4-1 to 4-n. The signal interruption section L-0 and the receptacle boxes 1-1 to 1-n substantially block the common mode signal from passing through them.
