PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where at times a malfunction take place, when an output buffer circuit is included in an input/output circuit, because there are fluctuations in a time up to which an output signal reaches a prescribed potential, when load capacity fluctuates. SOLUTION: This output buffer circuit is composed of transistors 4 to 7 and 15 to 18 for controlling drive capability by feedbacking the potential of the output signal OUT detected in capacitances 8 and 19 and adjusting the potential of the gates of transistors 1 and 12 for output so that the output signal OUT can reach an H level and an L level in a fixed time, regardless of the fluctuations in the load capacity connected to an output terminal.
