PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit, capable of suppressing dependency on a power supply voltage, realizing the stabilization of a delay time and an oscillation frequency and generating a fast oscillation signal. SOLUTION: Constant currents, having no power supp y voltage dependence, are supplied to an inverter 30 by a current source composed of transistors P53 and N53, a load capacity part 60 consisting of capacitive elements C51 and C52 and transistors P55 and N55 for switching is connected to the output terminal of the inverter 30, a control voltage oscillating part 10 generates control voltages VBP and VBN with a fixed voltage difference respectively held in a power supply voltage VDD or common potential VSS, the fluctuation width of voltage can be held at a constant level, when the capacitive elements of the part 60 are charged/discharged on the basis of the control voltages and the delay time of a delay circuit can be held at a constant level, without depending on the power supply voltage. Therefore, the oscillation circuit composed of such a delay circuit can realize stable oscillation frequency, without having to depend on the power supply voltage.
