PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure realizing a good engaging performance of a front glass with a panel body and an audio system employing this structure. SOLUTION: This attaching structure is composed of a first member 30 provided with a projection 35 and an engaging projection 31, and a second member 14 provided with a cavity 20 and an engaging cavity 18. The first member 30 and the second member 14 are slid to be engaged with each other. The second member 14 is provided with a guiding recess 21 formed nearer the opposite side than the cavity 20. The first member 30 is slid toward one end of the second member 14 relatively after dropping the projection 35 in the guiding recess 21, thereby attaining the linkage by engaging the projection with the cavity 20.
