PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition capable of exhibiting good fluidity without problems of gasification during the molding. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises a composition obtained by subjecting at least the following components: (a) 100 pts.wt. of a block copolymer composed of at least two polymer blocks A consisting essentially of a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block B consisting essentially of a conjugated diene compound and/or a hydrogenated block copolymer prepared by hydrogenating the block copolymer and having 5,000-100,000 weight-average molecular weight expressed in terms of polystyrene, (b) 0.01-15 pts.wt. of an unsaturated glycidyl compound, (c) 0.01-15 pts.wt. of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and (d) 1-30 pts.wt. of a liquid polybutadiene to dynamic cross-linking and (e) 10-2,500 pts.wt. of at least one polymer or copolymer selected from the group consisting of a polyester polymer or copolymer, a polyurethane polymer or copolymer and a polyamide polymer or copolymer.
