PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of contriving compatibility suitable with convenience in circuit performance and design. SOLUTION: Two kinds of basic cells 100S, 100M are arranged on a board at prescribed patterns. A transistor widening gate width by the bending of a gate electrode is formed on the basic cell 100M.
