PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control of the speed of a snowplow and an adjusting manipulation of the posture of a snow removing device when removing snow by a rotary snowplow. SOLUTION: A raising switch 14 and a lowering switch 15 for moving up and down a snow removal device and a right switch 16 and a left switch 17 for tilting the snow removal device to the right or the left are provided in the knob 19 of a variable speed lever 18. The speed of the snowplow is controlled by manipulating the variable speed lever 18 and the posture of the snow removal device is adjusted by controlling one of the switches while grasping the variable speed lever 18.
