PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage bag holding tool for a sink, for widening a space of the lower part of the sink, not for blocking the flow of garbage, for easily changing a garbage bag, and having good convenience in use. SOLUTION: A support ring 2 for folding an opening edge part 8a of the garbage bag 8 from the inside to the outside and supporting it is approximately horizontally fixed to the upper end front part of a leg column 1 to be placed on the bottom surface 9a of the sink 9 and having the adjustable length, a pressing ring 3 for folding the folded edge of the garbage bag 8 from the outside is provided so as to be detachably fitted to the outside of the support ring 2, and a support rod 5 having a suction cup 4 on its rear end is approximately horizontally provided on the upper end rear part of the leg column 1.
