PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make watertight an opening in a dwelling house structure built by ventilating structure method. SOLUTION: In the watertight structure around the opening in the building, a watertight member 12 which is a long member with a roughly U-shaped cross section is disposed covering a gap between an exterior wall member and a skeleton at a sash frame part 4. Among the three sides constituting the watertight member, the first side is in contact with sash frames 4a, 4b. The second side is in contact with a sash mounting piece 4d on the side of the skeleton. A top part of the third side is in contact with a back face of the exterior wall member.
