PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of water permeable seashore capable of shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost. SOLUTION: The construction method of a water permeable seashore includes a process in which a water collecting assembly body including a plurality of hollow pipes laterally laid to extend from the seashore to the offshore and a water collecting box connected to the offshore side end of the hollow pipes, and a clogging prevention layer disposed adjacent to the hollow pipes of the water collecting assembly body are arranged at a specified level of a zone adjacent to the seashore, a process in which drain pipes extending from the water collecting box of the water collecting assembly body to the offshore are connected to the water collecting box in the water and immersed in the sea bottom, and a process in which sand is dropped in water and a sand mound is formed on a specified position of a part of the water collecting assembly body.
