PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probabilistic lottery processing device which can prevent the increase in the data capacity of the probabilistic lottery data as game states are diversified and include a large number of game states, a turning barrel type game machine, and a probabilistic lottery processing method. SOLUTION: This probabilistic lottery processing device comprises an index data storing means for storing a plurality of index data according to at least a plurality of game states, a probabilistic lottery data storing means for storing the probabilistic lottery data corresponding to each index data, an extracting means for extracting the corresponding index data based on each game state, and extracting the corresponding probabilistic lottery data based on the extracted index data, and a probabilistic lottery processing means for processing the probabilistic lottery based on the at least extracted probabilistic lottery data.
