PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method ensuring a high operation rate and stable quality in the method of arranging separators supported by base materials, on both sides of a positive electrode plate or a negative electrode plate and laminating and integrating the positive and negative electrodes by heating and pressing. SOLUTION: The positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate are laminated and integrated using the separators whose whole width is narrower than the whole width of the base materials for supporting the separators.
