A demountable fitting for a vertical post, e.g. for a sun shade, traffic control barrier, information signs etc., has a metal plate permanently fitted flush to the ground and provided with a slot for the fitting. The middle of the slot is fitted with a cross bar, also flush with the ground, onto which securing hooks etc. can be clipped to stabilise posts and other structures. |
