PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a multi-service access system that can process a packet assembled voice signal with a channel type voice signal. SOLUTION: A DLC system 205 has a digital subscriber line(DSL) line card 209, a derivative signal server 219 and a controller 215. The DSL line card 209 receives a mixture of a packet assembled data signal and a packet assembled voice signal to separate the data signal from the voice signal. The data signal is transferred to a packet interface 211 and the packet assembled voice signal is transferred to a derivative signal server 219. The derivative signal server 219 converts the packet assembled voice signal into the channel type voice signal. The analog voice signal is sent to a voice card 213. Furthermore, the packet assembled voice signal can be received from a remote source through the packet interface 211.
