PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food pushing-up tool used for a cylindrical food vessel in which the food can be easily squeezed out from an opening part of the vessel and directly shifted to a mouth if the food is successively squeezed upwardly from an outer lower end of the vessel by fingers of a single hand, and the food can be sanitarily brought to the mouth to reliably take meal even with dirty hand without using any tool or tableware, without staining fingers or hands for a person while he is walking, riding in a vehicle, working or ill in bed, or a disabled person, a poor eyesight person, an elderly person, an infant, etc., who has difficulty in a regular meal style. SOLUTION: This food pushing-up tool comprises a bowl-like molded article 30 having a short cylindrical portion. A lower portion of the food 40 is accommodated inside the formed article 30 fitted in the cylindrical vessel 10, the molded article 30 is squeezed successively upwardly from the outer lower end 13 of the cylindrical vessel 10 by fingers of a single hand to move in the cylindrical vessel 10, and the food 40 is squeezed out from the opening part 11 of the cylindrical vessel 10.
