PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for tunnel cultivation preventing a plastic sheet from deterioration which is fixed to the surface of the support at the lower position where the plastic sheet is tucked up, and also from a scratch by a projection at the upper position to which a water feed hose touches when the hose lies on the ground. SOLUTION: This arch support for tunnel cultivation 1 forms a skeleton of a house for tunnel cultivation; wherein a plastic covering layer 4 is formed on a metal pipe 2, beltlike or dotted-chained knots 5 are formed on the surface of the covering layer 4 except for the upper part 1a of the support which forms the ceiling of the tunnel cultivation house.
