PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper driving device capable of simplifying an eccentric bearing mechanism. SOLUTION: The wiper driving device 1 is furnished with the eccentric bearing mechanism 5 constituted of a pivotal shaft 5b fixed on a motor arm 4, an eccentric bearing 5a having a bearing main body 5a2 eccentric against the pivotal shaft 5b and supported swingably on the pivotal shaft 5b and a head part 5a4 integrally formed on this bearing main body 5a2 and with a cutout 5a3 formed in the rotating direction of the bearing main body 5a2 and a stopper member 5c formed on the motor arm 4, arranged in the cutout 5a3 of the head part 5a4 and to regulate a revolving range of the eccentric bearing 5a.
