<p>The invention provides a casting device and method, and a solution film making method. A flow channel is arranged on a main body of a charging head, and blades are arranged at middle and upper stream side of the flow channel and divide the flow channel. A flow merging portion and a laminated concentrated solution channel are sequentially arranged at the downstream of the blades from upstream to downstream. Main concentrated solution runs at an average speed of V 20 towards the flow merging portion, a first minor concentrated solution runs at an average speed of V 21 towards the flow merging portion, and a second minor concentrated solution runs at an average speed of V 22 towards the flow merging portion. All solutions merge at the flow merging portion, and a control portion ensures that V21 > V 20 and V 22 > V 20. A multilayer concentrated solution composed of solutions of various densities is produced in the flow merging portion.</p> |
