PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the changing time of food liquid, when the heat exchanging treatment of two or more kinds of food liquids is carried out in the same device, by solving the problem of flavor spread by gaskets. SOLUTION: A prescribed number of plates 1 are laminated via gaskets 7 coated with a resin or resin gaskets. The gasket 7 coated with the resin is formed by coating a gasket body 7a made of a synthetic rubber with a resin sheet 7b. The resin gasket is made of a resin simple substance. Since the resin sheet 7b of the gasket 7 coated with a resin, for instance, a fluororesin sheet is employed. As the resin of the resin gasket, for instance, a fluororesin is used.
