PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a lock state between a body and a lid member, and a lock state in which the lid member is unopenable for improving safety performance without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a movable member 52 disposed to be movable by drive means (solenoid 48) between a first move position in which it partly advances into a movable range of a lock member 37 as an engagement claw part 39 and an engagement receiving part 16 are engaged normally and a second move position separated from the moving range of the lock member 37, and position detection means (microswitch 53) to detect the move position of the movable member 52. Control means (microcomputer 79) detects the move position of the movable member 52 by the position detection means 53 before accepting operation of an execution switch (boiling switch 78a) or after accepting the operation, executes a first process as a normal process in a case where the moving state to the first move position is detected, and executes a second process as an abnormal process different from the first process in a case where the moving state to the first move position is not detected.
