PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary radiator which can realize both small reflection and loss. SOLUTION: A water-proof cap 2 consisting of a dielectric material of a relative high dielectric constant is applied to an opening end of a horn part 1a continuing from a wave guide 1, a dielectric 3 consisting of a dielectric material whose dielectric loss factor is smaller than that of the water-proof cap 2 is disposed inside the wave guide 1 and a projection part 4 formed integrally in an end part of the dielectric 3 is extended into the horn part 1a. Thereby, the edge face of the projection part 4 is opposed to a rear of the water-proof cap 2 keeping a prescribed interval L.
