PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident by predicting the main background factors (potential main factors) of the accident of a worker and danger and the accident which are estimated by the main factors and reporting hints, countermeasures or important cautious actions to the worker. SOLUTION: A cause for a dangerous action or the accident is analyzed and specific contents are listed as precantions. A physiological state of the main background factors, which is the cause of the human accident, is judged by information such as a daily life record, a subjective symptom, past illnesses, blood pressure and pulses. Correspondent safety, a healthy degree and the hints, the countermeasures and the important precantions for each job are reported to the worker.
