PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine compound-containing silicone rubber composition which can give a silicone rubber foam roll having fine cells, low hardness and a low friction coefficient and has a long life cycle of compounded raw materials, and a silicone rubber foam roll obtained using the same. SOLUTION: The fluorine compound-containing silicone rubber composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a silicone rubber compound, 1-200 pts.wt. of a metal oxide, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a foaming agent comprising 1,1'-azo-bis(1-acetoxy-1- phenylethane), 5-200 pts.wt. of a spherical particle of ethylene tetrafluoride and a necessary amount of a curing agent. The silicone rubber foam roll 10 comprises a foam 12 obtained by foaming and hardening the fluorine compound- containing silicone rubber composition formed on the peripheral surface of a metal shaft 11.
