PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mixing up of the front and back of storage fluorescent body sheet. SOLUTION: The storage phosphor sheet is formed by layering nearly identical transparent protection base sheets 2 and 4 so as to sandwich a storage fluorescent layer 3. In this method, the sheets do not need distinction of the front and back and problems of mixing up of the front and back is avoided.
