PURPOSE: Provided is a skin massage tool which has cooling and heating massage functions along with magnetic effects and can be used to massage skin of the entire body including face. CONSTITUTION: The massage tool includes a cover(2) and a main body(11) enclosed in a hand grip(3). The main body(11) is provided with a magnet at its bottom and contains an internal body having a screw thread at its upper end which is bound with the cover(2). In the internal body(10), there is a pack(6) filled with medium capable of accumulating cold and heat and sealed with upper and lower conductive caps(5,7). The medium is propylene glycol. The cover(2), magnetic bottom(4) and the main body(11) are made of Duralumin(A1 6063-T6) or jade.
