PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with integrated radiator and condenser is provided to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger includes a condenser header pipe(4); a baffle(6); an integrated header(3); a condenser fin and tube(1); and a radiator fin and tube(2). The condenser header pipe is made of aluminum to be welded on a plastic tank(5), storing water coolant, by blazing. The baffle is installed in the plastic tank to prevent excessive movement of water coolant and has a plurality of water coolant circulation passages(7) thereon. The integrated header is installed on one side of the plastic tank. The condenser fin and tube is installed on one side of the integrated header. The radiator fin and tube is installed on the other side of the integrated header.
