APPARATUS FOR LEADING AND EXTRACTING MIDDLE ROLL OF LOWER PART OF PLTCM CHANGE CAR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for leading and extracting a middle roll of the lower part of a PLTCM change car is provided to lead or extract the middle roll used in cold rolling process into or from the change car safely, promptly and easily. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for leading and extracting a middle roll of the lower part of a PLTCM(picking line tandem cold mill) change car comprises a tractor consisted of separate upper and lower tractors; a limit bar which is installed at the lower part of the upper tractor to sense touching when a hook of a middle roll is touched; a hook clamp which is installed at the upper part and coupled to or separated from the hook of the middle roll; rollers(16) which are installed at the middle of the upper part of a change car table so that the upper tractor is freely moved to or from a change car; a sprocket(17) which is installed at the lower part of the upper tractor so that the sprocket(17) is driven on the rollers(16); driving wheels(18) which are installed at the upper tractor so that the driving wheels(18) are driven along a guide line of the change car; and a cable reel(19) and a cable(19-1) which are installed on the side surface of the upper tractor to supply power supply even in a far away distance, wherein the upper tractor is acted according to operation of a driving motor even during moving of the change car, and moved to the left or right side to a desired working position along a drag chain and rails(22).
