PURPOSE: An assembling block is provided to increase a binding force between blocks, which can be constructed regardless of geographical features and soil and disassembled and reassembled. CONSTITUTION: The assembling block comprises waste material contained inside the block; connecting hooks formed on the both side of upper surface symmetrically; and connecting grooves and connecting protrusions formed on the upper and the bottom surfaces of the block for sliding connection. The connecting grooves and protrusions are provided for vertical connection with another block and formed in symmetrical shape.
