PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten users' convenience by providing such a special shed in a parking lot that is an objective to other businesses than parking, thereby making effective use of it. SOLUTION: This parking lot is equipped with special rooms 15, 16, and 17 for other businesses than parking in addition to car sheds 2 and 3 which are to let a car 7 in and out of the shed, and a housing bay 6 to contain the car 7. If a ticket issue device 20 of a car receiving room 2 issues an identification card when the car 7 enters a parking lot, a car transportation base is controlled to drive the car to move from the car receiving room 2 to the housing bay 6. When a delivery judgment device 26 of the special room 16 and 17 judges an ID card, it is controlled and driven to transfer the car 7 from the housing bay 6 to the special rooms 16 and 17. When a delivery judgment device 25 of special rooms 16 and 17 judges the ID card, the car delivery base is driven and controlled to transfer the car from the special rooms 16 and 17 to the housing bay 6. When a delivery judgment device 21 of a delivery room 3 judges ID cards, a delivery judgment device 21 is controlled and driven to transfer the car 7 from the housing bay 6 to a delivery room 3. This system allows the user of the car 7 to use special rooms 15, 16, and 17 smoothly and effectively in addition to parking, resulting in a significant convenience to the parking lot users.
