PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply circuit which consumes little power and enables dimensional reduction of a board. SOLUTION: A first DC circuit A, which comprises a series circuit comprising a step-down means C1, a diode D1, and a Zener diode ZD1 and a capacitor C2 connected in parallel with the Zener diode and outputs a DC voltage between both the terminals of the capacitor C2, and a second DC circuit B, which comprises a diode D2, a Zener diode ZD2, and a capacitor C3, respective polarities of which are opposite to the polarities of the diode D1, the Zener diode ZD1 and the capacitor C2, which are connected in parallel with each other.
