PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily record information for leaving during operation and to allow a viewer to easily recognize the interrupting position of viewing. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an information memory means 17 having a processing speed at which writing and reading of information are performed at the practically same time and address controllers 25 and 26 for controlling the writing address and the reading address of the means 17 respectively to optionally control a time for recording in the means 17 and time intervals for reproducing information already recorded in the means 17. thus, even in the middle of recording information, it is possible to access optional information recorded in the means 17 so as to instantly carry out recording and review reproduction of the information and so as to return to a normal reproducing state as soon as finishing review reproduction.
