PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical equipment preventing occurrence of abnormal noise and slack or wear of connected section by suppressing propagation of vibration generated by electrostriction when screw fixing a circuit board mounting an electrostrict component with other circuit boards or other components. SOLUTION: Vibration generated by change of power voltage applied to components such as capacitors and the like is locked to a point on an extended line connecting the both terminal electrodes of the capacitor to suppress the vibration from a board mounting the capacitor to other board and reducing abnormal noise, slack, and wear caused by the vibration, and absorb the vibration by inserting buffer member from both side of connected place between a hard board and flexible board with their electrical signal and current line connected by contact pressure with screw fixing.
