发明名称 SNCR SYSTEM FOR INCINERATING WASTES AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: An SNCR system and a method for controlling the same are provided to reduce nitrogen oxide contained in combustion gas into non-harmful nitrogen and steam without adding separate energy source by installing the SNCR system at a rear end of a waste incinerator. CONSTITUTION: An SNCR(Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) system is installed at a rear end of a waste incinerator. The SNCR system includes two sets of urea solution storage tanks(1). A shut-off valve(2) is positioned at rear lines of the urea solution storage tanks(1) so as to allow the urea solution storage tanks(1) to be alternately operated. Three sets of magnetic gear type urea solution injection pumps(3) are provided next to the shut-off valve(2). Two sets of flow control valves(4) are connected to a rear end of the magnetic gear type urea solution injection pumps(3). Analyzers(6) are installed at two predetermined spots. An inline mixer(5) is provided to receive urea solution based on NOx emission rate signals generated from the analyzers(6).
