PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic shoe sole having an excellent hydrolysis resistance, and excellent strength and appropriate conductivity as a whole, and antistatic shoes using the same. SOLUTION: The antistatic shoe sole having a molding density of 0.9 g/cm<3> or more is formed by reacting a compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms per molecule and containing polyetherpolyol as the main component thereof with a polyisocyanate compound under the presence of an electrically conductive agent and a catalyst and subjecting the product to pressure work. The antistatic shoes comprise the antistatic shoe soles.
