PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of the external shape of a piezoelectric element by forming an external electrode therein, since the external electrode is formed only in the outside of a tubular laminated type piezoelectric element and an external shape size is large, thus making the miniaturization of the piezoelectric element difficult. SOLUTION: A different insulating material is formed for disposing a lead for an input/output of an electrical signal of the tubular laminated type piezoelectric element, a terminal or the like in the inside of the tube and the external electrode is formed thereon.
