PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor apparatus capable of effectively removing blots on a display part caused by raindrops. SOLUTION: A meter 1 has an upper surface 7, side surfaces 9, a front surface 11, and a bottom surface 13, and is installed outdoors. The display part 5 is installed in a middle part of the meter 1, and displays numeric values, etc., expressing the flow rate of a gas. A groove part 3 is a groove bored in the shape of a rainwater gutter. Above the display part 5, the groove 3 is adapted to run obliquely downward from above the middle part of the display part 5 while it is adapted to run substantially in the vertical direction on the sides of the display part 5.
